Business Manager (Garment)
Manage the full cycle of apparel inspection business, covering client engagement, quotation and negotiation, execution tracking, and payment collection.
Job Description
We are a third-party inspection company specializing in apparel and garment products. Key responsibilities include:
1. Pre-sales client engagement: cost accounting, profit calculation, quotation, and negotiation of business terms including inspection mode, inspection requirements, accommodation arrangements, and business training (pre-production meetings, mid-term training).
2. Propose execution plans and communicate with clients.
3. Pre-execution organization: prepare manpower, machines, materials, methods, and environment, and follow up on-site.
4. Execution tracking: schedule planning, process supervision, staffing adjustments, and efficiency/accuracy management.
5. Problem solving during execution, including proposing solutions, client communication, and factory coordination.
6. Performance review of on-site supervisors and team leaders.
7. Review and management of inspection reports.
8. Client reconciliation and payment collection.

Requirements
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in the apparel industry
- Bachelor's degree or above; requirements may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates
- Able to use Japanese as a working language and communicate with Japanese clients
