Garment Quality Supervisor
Support the Quality Manager in managing training programs, developing course materials, and delivering internal/external training.
Job Description
1. Assist the Quality Manager in managing and delivering external training programs.
2. Assist the Quality Manager in course development and training material preparation.
3. Conduct internal business supervision and training.
4. Serve as an internal/external training instructor.
Work location: Room 809, Building B, Minggu Technology Park, No. 7001 Zhongchun Road, Qibao Town, Minhang District, Shanghai
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in garment production management, quality management, or training
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Office software, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to travel frequently
- Japanese skills are a plus
