Garment Inspection Site Supervisor
Arrange on-site inspection workflows and oversee quality control, liaising with clients and factories.
Job Description
1. Arrange and manage on-site production-line workflows; requires strong hands-on and execution skills, patience, and attention to detail.
2. Control quality and progress according to business needs; perform full inspections and sampling on incoming factory goods as well as outgoing goods, with rigor and care.
3. Allocate on-site staff according to the business plan; lead sampling tasks and ad-hoc business assignments.
4. Manage staff: assign work, assess job functions, handle attendance, statistics, and accommodation.
5. Coordinate with clients and factories; uphold strict standards to ensure bulk goods are delivered safely, on time, and with reliable quality.
6. Report and liaise as required by the company.
Note: candidates with experience in garment factory management, ad-hoc full or sampling inspection (mainly for Japanese orders) are preferred; the role requires frequent travel and long-term on-site presence.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in garment on-site management or inspection
- Strong hands-on and execution ability; patient, detail-oriented, and rigorous
- Team management and staff-allocation capabilities
- Inspection experience on Japanese orders is a plus
- Able to travel frequently and accept long-term on-site assignments
